Ordered the Vista Beta2 DVD & paid by Visa, due to the high demand that weekend their payment server had a fit and I ended up getting charged 5 times, so I sent off a polite email & got one back after a day or 2, they apologized, refunded the 5 payments & sent me a free DVD by courier.
After all the bad things you read about them, it is good to see this sort of service.

Wow! Good for you Kiwi. Microsoft has been good to me too. They sent me a free license to Windows 95 because I still have a machine runing Windows 3.11, but that was a long time ago. Wish they'd invite me to events more often ... lol.

I ordered the CD on the 21st - it was delivered on the 24th - can't beat that.
